What makes us different?

We do not manage funds belonging to other people or institutions. Therefore every investment that we make is very personal. We have no exit strategy therefore we think long term and we think about building a business with partners who have a compelling long term vision.
We have been accused of being a little old fashioned in that we have strong personal relationships with all our partners and share in not only their business successes and challenges but also their life events such as weddings, births of children and even deaths in their families. Relationships are important to us.

Strategy

Partner Elite believes that building the right strategy is one of the most critical success factors of building a scalable business. Often, entrepreneurs develop strategy in a vacuum or an echo chamber making decision making incredibly daunting. As a result, we focus on building strategy through a proprietary approach called Flowcode. Each Partner Elite business is provided with a strategy and scale mentor called a Flowcoder who works with them on an ongoing basis to build a rigorous business strategy. Your Flowcoder will also assist you with ensuring that you execute on your strategy.
